Terms and Conditions of Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made by letter or email. info@prospect-house.co.uk
A secured booking represents a contract between the client and prospect House.
We charge a £5 cancellation fee from the time of confirmed booking.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours or less you will be responsible for 80% of the cost of the entire booking.
People failing to arrive without notification may be responsible for the entire cost of the booking.
All bookings will be invoiced at least 21 days before the booking date.
All invoices strictly 14 days.
