1. Introduction
   • LSPCC Ltd (t/a Prospect House) provides parking facilities and a bike shelter at the rear of the premises for use by authorised staff, patients and visitors.
     
2. Applicability
   • This policy applies to all users of the car parking bays, the road around the car park, entrance to the car park and bike shelter.
     
3. The Policy
   • Prospect House cannot guarantee the safety of vehicles or property whilst using the car parking facilities.
   • All users park at their own risk; Prospect House will not take responsibility for any damage done to any vehicle whilst using the car park.  There is signage on display in the car park stating this.
   • Although there is CCTV in operation in the car park, there is no guarantee that any incidents will have been caught on CCTV, and even if there is, Prospect House complies with Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality and so may not be able to release footage to the police.
   • Prospect House will not release footage to individuals or to Insurance Companies.
   • If anyone finds their car to be damaged, the correct action is to report this to the police who can then request footage officially using the appropriate pathways.
   • All requests for CCTV footage are considered on an individual basis in accordance with DPA and Patient Confidentiality.
   • All users who are issued with parking permits are required to display them at all times when parked at Prospect House.  Failure to do so may result in a parking ticket, which Prospect House will not refund.
